2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Sidechik.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you post. You grant us a limited license to display it inside the service.

4. Acceptable use

No harassment, no fraud, no nudity, no minors. Violations result in account termination.

5. Subscriptions

Premium plans auto-renew until canceled. Cancel anytime in Settings.

6. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
